Can you take Tums Ultra Calcium (1000 mg) with Jamieson D3 at the same time? - tums ultra
Question: If I have a meal, I take both together? Will it affect the effectiveness of dietary supplements?
The reason I ask is that they are different brands and the warning on the back of Tums indicates that you have to wait two hours before or after, before they add, since otherwise the efficiency will be changed.
Ideas? Points will be rewarded, thank you very much.
